A favorite simple & healthy lunch. But don’t dismiss for dinner; add some greens, a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and you have an excellent light & satisfying dinner.
If you are feeling a bit more hungry you can sandwich with another piece of bread. This was always my go to field trip sandwich when the girls were little.

IGREDIENTS
4 slices Sourdough Bread
1 container Picnic Moroccan Cilantro Spread
0.5 lb shaved Deli Turkey
0.25 cup Red Onion (small dice)
0.5 cup Italian Parsley (finely sliced)
0 Flaked Sea Salt *Optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Toast the bread and place each on plates.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of Moroccan Cilantro Spread on each slice of bread.
Place shaved Turkey on each.
Sprinkle red onion, then parsley over each.
*Optional - Sprinkle each with Flaked Sea Salt such as Maldon.
